This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed through the Beans & Barley website are processed and delivered within the United States.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship orders to addresses within the United States, including the continental states, Alaska, and Hawaii.
At this time, international shipping is not available.

Shipping Cost

Standard shipping within the United States is provided at no additional cost to customers.
There are no separate handling fees or hidden charges applied during checkout.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed in the order they are received.

Typical processing time is 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays may be processed on the next business day.

During periods of higher order volume, processing times may occasionally take slightly longer.

Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped using established U.S. shipping carriers. Depending on package size, weight, and destination, shipments may be delivered by:

• FedEx

The carrier used for your order will appear in the shipping confirmation and tracking information once the package has been shipped.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time typically ranges between 2–5 business days after the carrier receives the package. Delivery times may vary depending on location, carrier operations, weather conditions, or holiday periods.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Tracking Information

Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number.
Tracking updates can be viewed directly through the carrier’s website.

Occasionally, tracking updates may take time to appear if the carrier has not yet scanned the package.

Order Changes

Customers may request order updates before the shipment has been dispatched.
After a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, we are unable to modify the order or change the delivery address.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact the customer to confirm the correct shipping details before attempting reshipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers are encouraged to check with household members, neighbors, or the delivery carrier.

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us with clear photos of the product and packaging so our team can review the situation and provide assistance.
